You may design your package if you wish. Possibly 1/2 American Plan combined with 1/2 Housekeeping. Just let us know and we will work around your schedule. Maximum weight limit of 100 lbs of gear per person applies. Not included in all packages: live bait and sales tax, shuttle service to and from Dryden or Inteational Falls, MN for those who wish to fly commercial. Deposit required of $150 US per person payable with cheque, cash or travellers cheques, (NO credit cards) to confirm reservations. Deposit fully refundable if cancellation is made prior to April 1st. Tentative reservations must be confirmed within two weeks. References available upon request.
After a full day on the water, join us in the dining room for an extraordinary evening meal which includes homemade bread, fresh salad, main entree, beverage of your choice and dessert. Come in at your leisure with seconds on the house. Everyone is invited including our Housekeeping Guests! Our goal is to make your stay at Uchi the best you ever had!
|Sunday||Juicy, tender Roast Beef cooked to perfection! Accompanied with Cheddar Hash Brown Bake, festive mixed vegetables. Try our new Meringue Nests with Lemon Filling and fruit.|
|Monday||It’s Thanksgiving every Monday with Roast Turkey and mashed potatoes, smothered with piping hot gravy, green beans and Mom’s home made apple or blueberry pie.|
|Tuesday||Grilled Rib-Eye Steak served with baked potato, kernel corn and Cherry Cha Cha for dessert.|
|Wednesday||Chicken a la King fit for a King. Served over a generous portion of buttered egg noodles and yellow beans. Enjoy our very own special home made carrot cake.|
|Thursday||Pork Steaks baked in Royal Mushroom Sauce, with Italian Roast Potatoes, Coleslaw, topping it all off with ice cream and chocolate sauce.|
|Friday||Cornish Hen served with wild rice, twice baked potatoes, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.|
|Saturday||Tender Rack of Ribs basted with barbeque sauce. A bed of rice pilaf to one side and glazed carrots to the other. Dessert will be a surprise!|
